Black and white painting of Albert Einstein, with his signature head of white hair standing out in all directions out of his scalp. Einstein is standing in front of a brick building with a sign that says “Love is the Answer”.

The Why of Our Here

Love is the image

in which we were created

Not as some broken being

imbued with sin that

cannot be sated

Love is the way right

To cast away our emotional blights

of jealousy, envy and hate

Which are nothing more than

fear’s masked best mates

Love is the why of our here

Always for you,

M.A. Hastings
