In times inexplicable

my ways have been despicable

But my ego was such

awareness at the time

just wasn’t much.

Who may have been hurt

by my words curt?

Or actions taken

or not

Leaving another betrayed, forsaken?

or feeling forgot?

The haughty glance

that advanced

guilt or shame?

Did I add mud to a name?

In prayer request guise
